Description

DMN8 LIFT is a dynamic, small group training featuring compound movements, targeted exercises, and a mix of hypertrophy, strength, balance, and power techniques with focused attention from your trainer.
In this 50-minute session you'll spend 10 minutes at three sweat-inducing weight stations with up to seven of your closest mates while listening to vibey tunes and setting new PRs.
Bring a water. We'll take care of the rest.
The Studio is located at DMN8 Main St, outside our main lobby. Please arrive 10 minutes early and check-in with the Trainer in the studio. Doors while be locked at class start time. If you arrive late, check-in with the Front Desk team up to 5 minutes past class start time.
*If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be let in.*
