Description
DMN8 Lift is a weightlifting class featuring a mix of compound movements, strength, hypertrophy, balance, and power.
In this 50-minute session you’ll rotate between 6 stations, spending 5 focused minutes at each station before ending with a 2-minute core finisher that will leave your abs burning.
Bring a water. We'll take care of the rest.
All days are a Total Body Workout, but Mondays/Thursdays have an Upper Body Focus and Tuesdays/Fridays have a Lower Body Focus.
The Studio is located at DMN8 Main St, outside our main lobby. Please arrive 10 minutes early and check-in with the Trainer in the studio. Doors while be locked at class start time. If you arrive late, check-in with the Front Desk team up to 5 minutes past class start time.
